MCKESSON JOB: McKesson Consultant - Electronic Health Records
The McKesson Consultant The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will supervise a team of employees assigned to provide support to the Electronic Health Records System. The McKesson Consultant will work under the direction of the Director of HIM/Facility Privacy Official. The McKesson Consultant assumes primary responsibility for the design, testing, training, implementation and on-going monitoring of the Document Imaging System and the electronic medical record forms applications, interface monitoring, and coordination with hospital information systems. The McKesson Consultant Requirements:

* The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will have Associates or Bachelors Degree in Health Information Management, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or closely related field.
* The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will have minimum of three years of hospital related experience.
* The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will have minimum one year supervisory experience.
* The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will have previous experience as a project manager or related leadership role.
* The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will have previous experience with healthcare information technologies and previous experience managing IT implementation projects.
* The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will have experience working with document imaging technology.
* The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will have demonstrated understanding of the hospital revenue cycle management.
* The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
* The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will be proficient in report writing software, such as SQL, Crystal Reports, On Demand, MS Access and process engineering skills.
* The McKesson Consultant in this McKesson job will have strong communications skills (verbal and written). License as RHIA, RHIT, RN, LVN, Therapist, or Pharmacist required.
